Obcera was founded on the belief that small businesses deserve enterprise-grade IT solutions — delivered with integrity, precision, and a personal touch.
Our story begins with our CEO, a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience leading infrastructure, compliance, and security initiatives at Fortune 50 and 500 companies. He witnessed how proactive, strategic technology management gave large enterprises an edge — and knew that small businesses deserved the same level of support, without the bloated cost or complexity. With that vision, Obcera was born: an MSP committed to smart, secure, scalable solutions built specifically for small to medium-sized businesses.
Supporting that vision is our COO — a United States Marine Corps veteran who brings structure, leadership, and operational excellence to every layer of the company. Her background in managing logistics, personnel, and mission-critical operations during active service now drives Obcera’s day-to-day performance. She also leads our internal process development and customer experience — ensuring that every client interaction is handled with efficiency, clarity, and respect.
Together, they built Obcera to reflect their shared values: service, integrity, reliability, and intelligence.
The name Obcera is a tribute to the couple’s African Grey parrot, Walt — a remarkably intelligent, observant, and articulate companion. Like Walt, Obcera is designed to listen carefully, analyze wisely, and respond with precision. African Greys are known for their awareness, problem-solving ability, long-term memory, and clear communication — traits that shape how Obcera listens, adapts, and responds to every client’s needs.
At Obcera, our mission is to deliver proactive, enterprise-level IT solutions tailored for small businesses. We minimize friction, reduce downtime, and optimize operations through expert cybersecurity, compliance, automation, and daily support — all with the care and agility of a trusted local partner.
Our vision is to give every small business owner peace of mind by creating a secure, efficient, and scalable IT foundation that supports long-term growth. We aim to be the go-to extension of your team — always planning ahead, preventing problems before they start, and elevating your digital environment from the inside out.
We think ahead, not just react. Like Walt the African Grey, we stay alert, insightful, and intentional.
We earn your trust through transparency, follow-through, and doing what's right — even when it’s not easy.
We don’t do generic. Every solution is crafted to your business, with clarity, care, and long-term partnership in mind.

Service is in our roots — and it extends beyond the businesses we support.
At Obcera, we actively invest in our local community through hands-on support, sponsorships, and donations. We focus our philanthropic efforts on organizations that serve veterans, promote STEM education, and empower nonprofits doing vital work with limited resources. Whether it’s donating IT support to a small nonprofit or mentoring students exploring tech careers, we believe in building a stronger community through service and skill-sharing.
Our commitment to give back isn’t just good business — it’s personal. As a veteran- and family-owned company, we know that real impact starts with showing up and giving back.
